How do I reserve an apartment or townhome when I'm ready?
The best way is to join our Early Access List. From here, we will contact you as soon as we begin taking reservations. All move-in specials will be offered on a first come first serve basis
What are your application qualifications?
To become a resident at LIVA every applicant must meet the following rental qualifications:
- Must make 3x the rent
- Must have no evictions
- Must have good rental history
- Must not have a criminal background history
Do you verify an applicant's Income?
Yes, every applicant’s employment and income is verified during our application process.
Can I still rent if I don't meet the income requirements?
If the income requirement is not met, we will ask you to provide a Guarantor. Qualified guarantors must be able to provide proof of income that is 6x the rent per month and pass the $75 background screening as well.
When will these apartments and townhomes be ready?
We are anticipating breaking ground on development in 2026. The best way to stay up-to-date is to join our Early Access List!
Do you offer furnished lease options?
We do not offer furnished leasing options at this time.
Are these apartments or townhomes available for month to month or short term leases?
At this time we only offer leases with 12 month lease terms.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals and do not have any weight restrictions. Join our Early Access List as we share more about the community pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions.
Do you have garages?
Yes! Select units will include one attached garage.
